The Best Employers Awards Thailand program is organized by Kincentric Thailand, a leading global human resources consulting firm, in collaboration with the renowned Sasin School of Management of Chulalongkorn University. The program has selected outstanding companies that are most sought-after by candidates for over 18 consecutive years. This year over 100 companies were judged based on four key factors: 1. High Employee Engagement, 2. Agile Working Environment, 3. Engaging Leadership and 4. Strong Talent Focus. Data was compiled in three parts, from employees themselves, from human resources departments and senior management, through both questionnaires and interviews. The judges consisted of an independent panel of experts drawn from leading private and public organizations located all over Thailand, and the faculty of Sasin School of Management of Chulalongkorn University, who considered all the component factors of each year’s winning companies.
